Admissions

Our admissions process is completed in steps. We will offer several information meetings throughout the year, based on our availability. Please attend one of those meetings to familiarize yourself with our program, staff, and our facility. We may also schedule individual meetings pending availability. 

Please access our application form below. It is FREE to families, as we do not believe in having you pay to submit an application to us, especially when we know we may not have a seat for your child. 

• Once an application is submitted, we view the applications in the order they are received. We take our time to ensure that each class is well balanced as far as gender, age, and ability. 

• Once we determine students who meet the needed criteria to fill our limited seats, we will reach out to those families individually and invite them to a meeting with the RAC staff. 

• If RAC is a good fit for your family, you will receive an acceptance letter and registration packet shortly after your tour. 

• Each family has 5 days to return the registration and their $500 deposit MUST be paid in order to secure that seat. If we do not receive the deposit by the due date, the seat will be considered open and will be offered to the next family on the waitlist. 

*Waiting lists will be maintained in the event classes are filled. Families will be contacted based on order of application form receipt and class need, to the best of our ability.
